Beautiful beach view room. Light and beautifully furnished. Great aircon and fan. Bathroom was amazing - both with the size of it and the style. Bath, 'outdoor' shower, and areas to keep clothes to dry. Beach towels also provided.

I travalled with 85 year old disabled mum and 88 year old dad. The staff was very helpfull. they arranged a room closed to the restaurants and a wheelchair for my mum. During the transfers from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the airport, they also assisted us. They arranged everything very professionally. Island and the facilities are very pleasant. Food is very good and diverse cousines are available. Rooms are being cleaned 2 times in a day, every morning and every afternoon.The night acitivites are enjoying. The day time is peaceful. The sea is crystal clear, fishes are colorful, the staff is cheerful, so what can you ask for more... Thanks to all Bandos team.

Our experience was unfortunately very mixed. While the resort is beautiful, the lack of genuine guest care from Front Desk management seriously affected our stay. The Kitchen/F&B team and Housekeeping deserve high praise. The staff were hardworking and professional, and housekeeping maintained an excellent standard. The Spa and massage service was also outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately,our experience with the Front Desk manager and staff was extremely disappointing. When our return flight was cancelled by the airline, completely outside our control, we contacted the resort for assistance. We requested a late check-out or an extension of our stay and clearly stated that we were willing to pay for any additional costs. Despite this, there was almost no meaningful support or willingness to find a solution. It genuinely felt as though once you have paid for your stay, the resort no longer cares about your situation. Even when guests are facing an unexpected flight cancellation and are willing to pay for extra accommodation, we expected basic understanding, flexibility and hospitality. Unfortunately, none of this was demonstrated. The water activities were also disappointing, particularly in terms of organisation and service. For a resort of this standard, we expected far better guest care and management. Beautiful surroundings cannot compensate for poor hospitality when guests genuinely need help.We forced to stay in airport 22 hrs with small kid!

Stayed 6 days in Sunset villa on halfboard. It is a shaded 5mins stroll to Gallery Restaurant for daily breakfast and dinner. 3mins stroll along the beach to Dive centre. Highly recommended. Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style and refill was always fast. We only ate lunch at Huvan, which is behind the dive centre, facing the beach. Lobster, prawns and calamari were good. Service staff always polite and friendly. Villa was spacious witn unblocked sea view. Spotted a dolphin one afternoon. At night, there are lights facing the water below so we watched pufferfishws, stingrays and fishes. And many stars above.

Great hotel staff. Deluxe beachfront unit was 100 yards from the beach and no view. If you want a partial, you should book the premium. Swimming was marginal as water was 2 feet to 5 feet deep so all the coral is bleached and a low tide could not swim. We thought we were gonna get better than this is more a site issue than a staff hotel issue
