Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Super nettes Team und das Cafe/Restaurant im EG ist auch nett und es schmeckt gut. Frühstück war auch gut. Pancakes. Frische Säfte, Früchte und Eierspeisen. Natürlich gibt es auch einige asiatische Gerichte zum Frühstück.

Hotelnya baru. Kamar dan kamar mandinya sangat bersih & praktis, makanannya enak dan cukup bervariasi. Pengalaman saya saat boooking tertera ekstra bed bisa disediakan bila ada permintaan, namun saat check in ternyata tidak bisa karena ukuran kamar. Sarannya, mungkin bisa diperjelas saat booking. Lain kali akan ke sini lagi. Pertahankan terus ya.

Youthful hotel with nice friendly staff!

Really nice hotel with amazing helpful staff. Its rare to see everyone who is serving you having a smile always on their face. From the nice fresh ambience, to spotless cleanliness, to ever helpful staff it is difficult to find something which does not works for this property. The location itself is nice with lot of food joints within walking distance. From KFC/ Pizza Huts to authentic Indonesian food, all is in walking distance. If I have to find one issue it has to be lack of room service. That can be solved by using grab food, however one does miss 24 hours food service in room and absence of tea/ coffee making facilities. All in all, highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience a different kind of hotel with absolutely delightful service.

At the moxy

Staying in moxy was nice as always. For those in need for in-room fridge, standard and deluxe rooms don't have one. I don't know about other room types. As for amenities, the hotel only provided toothbrushes, shampoo/soap and conditioner. But they can provide more upon requests.

I feel 10 years younger by staying here, love it!

Some rules was shocking but they turns out a new exciting experience for me & family (wife & 3 yo son). No bell boy, indomie as breakfast, have to request for amenities, super friendly staffs, many more... not to mention clean & cozy room.. too bad they have no pool since they are 3 star hotel. Last, just give it a try, its all worth it, YOLO.

Worst service of any Marriott properties!

Worst service & even worse attitude of all Marriott properties I've stayed, by far. Denied all status privileges simply because my reservations were done through hotels.com. Complaints fell on deaf ear and zero service recovery! Avoid unless totally no other choice!
