With sea views over Boyndie Bay this is a cosy semi-detached holiday property set at the end of a cul de sac, yet within easy reach of Banff’s good facilities. The patio doors in the living room and the picture windows in the main bedroom make this a stunning location, and the private sitting-out area looks onto a coastal path alongside the property. Guided tours are available, where you can take in the architectural highlights. Inverboyndie and Banff Bay, two of Scotland’s finest beaches are within walking distance. Enjoy a boat trip to experience the dolphins, excellent golf at Duff House and Macduff and the Whisky trail, these are all highlights of this part of Scotland. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

Lovely location even on a dreich winter day.

Lovely location even on a dreich winter day. Scenic coastal places to visit as far and as near as you would wish to drive to. Really enjoyed the beach walks below the house on InverBoyndie Bay along to Whitehills one way and Banff Harbour the other way with the mediaeval part of the town and graveyard. House was cosy, warm and very thoughtfully equipped and easy to get out and about from that location.

Lovely cottage overlooking the sea. It would be difficult to get a better sea view especially when you can watch dolphins from the house. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Really enjoyed it.

Had a fantastic time.

Had a fantastic time. Relaxing holiday, lovely walks totally amazing view. Used the NO: 35 bus service to Aberdeen & Elgin. Which also enables you to go to visit other areas such as Inverness & Lossiemouth & any where along the Moray coast. We have been and stayed 3 times love it. Most memorable watching the dolphins playing brilliant. Hopefully we will be able to visit next year.

Almost perfect

Ocean View is the name and by God, a beautiful ocean view we got! What a panorama! The cottage itself is cozy and very well-equipped. Only 2 gripes: The second bedroom and the fridge are both pretty tiny.
