"I stay at this hotel every time I stay in Bangkok. The staff are amazing and immediately fix any problem. I would recommend they replace their bathroom sink faucet because it was not firmly attached to the sink. Also, the shower drain was a bit slow draining the shower water, so cleaning the drains is recommended. I would definitely stay here again. I love this hotel. "

"The room is not fancy but it is clean and cool and the bed is comfortable. Also the TV selections were excellent. The lobby is very nice with great Internet service and complimentary water, juice, and snacks around the clock. Shuttle service to and from the airport is efficient and all services are provided in a friendly manner. This hotel is a great value and very useful as a one night stay in transit from the airport."

We were locked out of our room 1 hour before checkout and the staff said they could not issue a new key. "It was really clean and quiet and the staff were really friendly. However there were many mosquitoes in my room and I was bitten quite a few times even with bug spray. Our toiletries and water was always restocked so that was great. The room is very spacious and the location was not noisy. Good distance to BTS Ekkamai. The room that I had was very clean, and with all the desirable amenities such as aircon, dining table, safe, big TV and washing machine. The staff were, in one word, awesome!
