Personalet gør det de skal, men er ikke venlige - de virker som om de ikke har lyst til omgang med gæsterne. "Good clean rooms. Big resort. Virtually nobody else there. Had food in afternoon when we arrived. Did go back for more later as info said restaurant open till 10pm (we went at 7pm), however, everywhere was shut by then. Good breakfast. Very few staff as it was so quiet. The ones there were excellent."

"Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "

"Our room was lovely. Lots of space, big bathroom, nice shower, beautiful view over the sea, pool is gorgeous and although limited beds next to the pool there was none of this silly behaviour of reserving beds when not using them. Pool towels provided. There’s lots more beds down by the sea and bar area anyway which is great. The staff very nice. Resident cats very cute. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you. Just wish the elephant camps would become sanctuaries on the island. Nothing to do with the hotel though but that sadness won’t leave my mind. "
