Hotel has aged significantly since we last visited a decage ago. Ramada D'ma would benefit by undergoing a refurbishment of sorts.

Front the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Greated by the staff and hotel manager, Jacobo Lachin, with a refreshing drink and cold towel to cool down from a hot Thai day. Mr. Lachin was the most gracious host, explaining the hotel amenities available to us and thoughtfully explained the value of the upgrade to the lounge floors which we requested. It turned out to be the very best choice as we were able to wine and dine the afternoons away!
We absolutely recommend this as a place to stay in Bangkok, great central location for most of the visitor sites and a welcome retreat from the excitement of the city…
We very much hope to return one day!

"Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only ..."
