Frustrating stay

We stayed at one of BoonRumpa's Quadrouple rooms for 3-days solely for the location(near the hospital). Remote check-in is very difficult to arrange and you are only get 1 key for 4 people. That made logistics very frustrating since the 4 of us were not always together. Besides that we needed water, extra toilet paper, dishes etc and it was hard to communicate with the management. The beds were comfortable, but that was pretty much the only saving grace. I would not suggest staying at BoonRumpa.

Als wir um ca. 21.00 ankamen,hatten wir große Schwierigkeiten beim einchecken,kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Hatte eine Benachrichtigung per Message am Tage vorher geschickt und um Infos zum einchecken gebeten, keine Antwort. Zum Glück waren sehr hilfreiche Bewohner, Feriengäste, die uns geholfen haben. Per Message kam dann die Instruktion, dass der Schlüssel in einem Schließfach liegt, den wir uns da raus holen können, keinerlei Angaben, wie man zur Unterkunft kommt oder wie es mit dem Schlüssel funktioniert. Zum Glück hat uns eine sehr freundliche thailändische Bewohnerin auch hiermit geholfen.Die Tür zur Unterkunft hat sich geöffnet, das Licht bzw. Strom wird mit mittels einer Karte eingeschaltet, auch das hat uns die freundlich Thailänder gezeigt. Nun ja, da standen wir, übermüdet vom langen Flug, der eincheck Stress und dann nach erstmaliger Begutachtung der Unterkunft die nächste sehr unerfreuliche Überraschung. Das Zimmer war nicht eigentlich sauber, der wc Sitz locker, Abflüsse sehr verdreckt, die sitzpolster der Stühle lösten sich auf.Kein Besteck, Geschirr vorhanden, außer 2 Gläsern und 1 kaffeebecher und 2 Tüten löslichen Kaffeepulver gab es nichts. Ach doch, 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser waren im Kühlschrank. Die Reinigung gleich null. Habe die Bettwäsche selbst gewechselt sowie nach frischen Handtüchern gefragt, selber sauber gemacht. Kommunikation nicht unbedingt toll. Poolbenutzung erst nach 2 Wochen möglich.Positiv die gute Bahnverbindung.

It was ok. Some of the amenities they listed are not accurate - no room service or laundry, and they tried to not do the daily cleaning, but I insisted. I can't recommend the studio, but for 1 person, it might be ok

A great little condo in a nice, quiet area of the city. The staff were excellent. The condo was within easy walking distance to 2 BTS stations. Quite a few good restaurants nearby. The only slightly downside is the size. It was good for 2 of us, but any more people would be difficult. Our unit had a nice patio to sit outside and drink coffee in the morning.

Une bonne adresse à Bangkok, surtout pour un séjour en famille. Il faut penser à contacter l'établissement avant d’arriver car il n’y a personne à la réception mais Netty qui s’occupe de l’hôtel est disponible et réactive en cas de souci. Excentré par rapport aux lieux touristiques le long du fleuve mais à 5 minutes de la station de métro Sanam Pao et en taxi, les trajets sont très abordables ( entre 80 et 120 baht). La piscine sur le toit est superbe et appréciable après une journée de visites.

Llegamos al lugarbun poco antes del check in, es un poco complicado comuncarse con la.encargada Las personas del estacionamiento nos hicieron favor de llamarle, al bajar nos comentó que si queríamos usar la habitacion desde ese momento (2 horas antes) tendriamos que pagar 200bth extra, lo que nos pareció justo y lo pagamos, al usar el elevador para llegar al piso del departamento se apreciaba un olor fétido, mismo que abundaba en el departamento, la verdad era insoportable el olor que había, cuando le comunicamos a la persona solo nos dijo que enviaría a la persona de servicio para poner algo de spray; tuvimos que salir por varias horas y abrir las ventanas para que disminuyera el fétido olor. Dormimos ahí y salimos al día siguiente muy temprano

Room cleaning was bad. There were used mask and cream left from previous customer when we check in. Toilet stand was broken and towel did not replace. Wifi was closed to death, we use our own sim card. On the other hand, check in and check out are smooth

アパート型の宿泊施設

空港で住所を示してもタクシーの運転手は、わかりません。近くの駅まで行き、GoogleMapで位置を調べながらようやくたどり着きましたが、入口がわかりませんでした。困っていると。周辺の親切な人が、管理人に連絡をしてくれ、ようやく部屋にたどり着いたと思ったら、予約したはずの２部屋が予約されておらず、１部屋で泊まってくれと言われる始末。嫌だから今からホテルを変えると言うと、清掃をいまから入れるので、１時間待って、と言われ、待ちました。その後の宿泊は、全く問題がなく、管理人の若いお姉さんもチョーいい人で快適でした。こうしたアパート型の宿泊施設は、最初が大変ですが、後は、気楽で、しかも安いので、個人的には気に入ってます。と言うことで、トラブルを差し引いても、この点数です。
