Older property with large rooms, living area small kitchen dining table and bedroom. Super clean, but parts of hotel undergoing renovations, main lobby is closed so you use the service entrance. Breakfast buffet was better than expected, hotel shuttle not running.

広々した１ＬＤＫ、簡易キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機もある。外で買ったおかずや弁当も温められ、食器もあるので便利。もちろん洗剤もそなえてあります。歯磨きセット、ジャンプーとボディソープはないので注意。プールは広くはないけど、のんびり楽しく過ごせますよ。近くにはコンビニやスーパがあるし、５分程度で大型商業施設も利用可能。両替所も駅近くにありとにかく便利この上ない場所です。何度も利用してます。

Très bon hôtel : l'appartement est nickel, avec tout le confort et au calme. La piscine est propre avec transats et fauteuils. Le petit-déjeuner est bien (buffet) mais un peu cher (environ 10 euros). Le personnel est à l'écoute et accueillant. Proche BTS et MRT.

2019년 12월 27일부터 1월 1일까지 숙박을 하였습니다. 일단 청소하시는 분이 깔끔하게 해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 별로 기대는 안 하시는게 좋을 듯.. 위치가 후문으로 주로 다니게 되는데 큰길에서 후문까지 20미터 정도 외져보이기는 한 것 빼고는 전반적으로 방 2개 거실도 넓은 편이고, 주방도 별도.. 참 세탁기가 있어서 짐을 많이 줄여서 간 것도 장점 인 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 가족 여행으로 만족했습니다.

The facilities are dated, and a bad smell in the bathrooms. The a/c in one room did not really work, and kids complained about the heat. The power went out the first night, and we had to walk down 27 floors of stairs to get out of the place for dinner. On the second day, went to use the gym, and it was nothing even close to the pictures on Expedia / the website. All of the weight equipment had been removed, and one of the trend mills broken. I asked about this, and they said it was under renovation - but this was strange, as everything seemed fine in the room, and no work underway. On check out, they tried to charge us because a towel was dirty, and in the end they finally agreed not to after I explained that it can just be bleached. What made me most angry though was at the end of the stay the note would not open the gate to let my car in, and the guard just sat there yelling at me and the driver that he had to go all the way around to another entrance. This took 20 mins, delaying our travel to the airport. Not a good experience - way over priced, and don’t get the luxury expected for the cost.

Superb service apartment

The hotel is of fantastic condition in every possible way. Love our 3-bed room which is huge and beautiful. Breakfast is awesome and we used the gym after that. Lovely pool on the same floor. A very big thanks to the cleaning lady! Thank you so much for getting the clothes rack back indoor from the balcony during heavy rain (that day we were so worried but our clothes getting wet) Such a heartwarming gesture. Thank you!

Overall great with a few minor issues.

Overall I love this property for its overall value and proximity to good shopping and transport links (BTS). My small issues are that the smell of the unit is not great, primarily as the sofa is fabric and has absorbed smells over the years. The breakfast is adequate and not fantastic. Pool and fitness is decent. Kitchen is barely equipped and misses kitchen towels as well as equipment (some of which can be requested from house keeping.) basic Toiletries are provided, however only 1 bathrobes despite 2 guests. Only 2 pillows provided but more can be requested.
