very kind and friendly staffs who helped our stay much more convenient and memorable. Breakfast was very nice with variety choices. We had the Spa Service at Auriga, and it was very relaxing and nice. Sauna is also clean and nice.

Most excellent stay- everything was perfect and the service was just fantastic. This was our second Capella stay and we just love the vibe and the understated luxury with perfect attention to details. Will 100% return. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

A Wonderful Four Days

From early check in to a well appointed Room with a view of the River to excellent staff an exceptional stay. Gym was good. My wife loved her massage. Breakfast made to order. Highly recommend!

Must stay if you’re in Bangkok for holiday!

Beyond expectation stay for 3 nights with Capella Bangkok. Highlights are: 1. The room, the pano river view, the amenities such as auto curtains, the welcome champagne, the bathroom details, and lastly the bed was just incredibly comfortable. My wife made me ask concierge for the brands of the mattress and bed. 2. Breakfast was incredible also, they offer complimentary in room dining but we decided to go to the restaurant for all 3 meals. There was an expansive menu to choose from, all made to order and very high quality dishes. 3. Service was top notch, all staff were very helpful and welcoming. All in all, my wife and I are definitely coming back to stay with the capella again

During my stay, my credit card stopped working, and I needed to make a collect call to my card issuer in Japan. I have experienced the same situation in other countries, and each time, the hotel front desk let me use a phone to resolve it. I had never been charged by a hotel for doing so, so I was surprised to be told there would be a charge this time. I am still unsure whether this is common practice in Bangkok or specific to Capella Bangkok. I have never encountered it elsewhere, even at four-star hotels in Europe. Since Capella Bangkok has been ranked the world’s best hotel, I had very high expectations, which made this experience particularly disappointing. That said, everything else about our stay was truly wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Capella Bangkok.
