This hotel is in a fantastic location, directly connected to a shopping centre with plenty of food options all around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There is nothing better than staying at a hotel above CentralWorld right in the heart of Bangkok's shopping destination. There are 8 hotel guests' private high-speed elevators that have direct access to CentralWorld from 3rd floor to 10th floor. The lobby is located on 23rd floor with stunning view and a very cozy decoration. Our room is so spacious with walk-in closet and bathroom taking up half of the room which is very nice and convenience for ladies in our family. Breakfast is on 24th floor at Ventisi. This is how a 5-star breakfast should be with internation selections, some Thai signature dishes and beverages, plenty of seats, several healthy choices/gluten free/vegetarian menus, and I love the Zemex's fresh orange juice machine. Overall, an impressive stay. Highly recommended for those who want to visit CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, MBK and Pratunam or Watergate for just 10-minute walk via connecting bridge.

Beautiful property and very clean. A bit of a long walk from the subway and through the mall. If you have luggage, just take a Grab or taxi because of the long walk. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, with tons of options and a variety of international cuisines. We loved it! The staff is what makes this place amazing! The late night front desk employee was so kind and sweet. I booked an extra night because I had a 4am flight. At checkout, they surprised us with a togo breakfast goody bag because they said we were going to miss breakfast at the hotel because of the early flight. It was filled with fruits, baked goods, water, and juice! So thoughtful!! And it was more delicious than what was served on the airplane! Thank you again for your kindness and consideration. Would stay here again and highly recommend!
