Location can’t be beat. A few minutes walk to Asok BTS and MRT. Terminal 21 and Robinson shopping a few minutes walk. The property is very clean and decent and staff was helpful.

Great Staff, very convenient for the Convention Centre, Metro, Rail and restaurants. Very close to city and parks. Hotel location is in lane with some "Bars" but seems safe and well light. A "little" noise when the staff are picked up by their friends on noisy motorcycle late at night (unfortunate but not a huge issue). Can recommend the helpfulness and friendly staff and comfort of the bed and room. Unfortunately no credit cards accepted for a deposit so brin Bh1,000 in cash for check in (Refunded on checkout).

Hotel is listed with washer and dryer in room. There was not, and when asked was told there’s a laundry service but no washer dryer on the premises. There’s not even a washer and dryer on the premises at all but was listed as having one in the room. Very inconvenient to find out after a long flight and I would have stayed somewhere else had I known. Location to Patong beach is great.

Few terrible things happened during our 5-night stay from 12-17/2/19 which had been worsened by the way we were treated by the manage t and staff. Especially after the water pipe affecting our room burst. Imagined the inconvenience involved n unhappiness elicited by the poor handling. The staff promised that we would get a reply from the management on 19/2/19 but I am still waiting for it upto this moment!

대체적으로 좋았습니다. 아속역과 가깝고 편의점은 길건너 10분 가야하지만 직원분들 친절하고 좋았어요. 에어컨 냄새가 꿉꿉했고 화장실 세면대 위 천장에서 물이 새서 조금 불안. 이불에 이물질도 있었어요. 옷걸이도 불편했습니다 수압도 좋고 머무는데 크게 문제는 없었어요
