The property was walking distance to Pratunam. However, the surroundings were a bit sketchy. Not to be racist but I think this area has a lot of Indians that made the lobby smell of a distinct scent.

Musty, Moldy, Dirty from the lobby throughout the entire hotel. We stayed in the executive suite. Aside from the size, there was nothing executive about it. Shower water wouldn’t drain, we had no hot water one day, maintenance technician didn't even show up on the first day, musty and moldy smell, etc. We didn’t eat at the hotel because the kitchen looked really dirty; very unappetizing. Taxi drivers outside of hotel were scammers and would always try to overcharge. Instead of taking you directly to your destination, they would take you to some local clothing shops because they received a commission for bringing tourists there.

Everything starting with the friendly staff at the desk and all through the hotel. The lady at the ppol bar was an excellent addition to the hotel and just about every single bellman/doorman and concierge as well Thanks to everyone

Terrible
One of those great to look at from the outside and a complete disappointment on the inside. The rooms we were shown on the booking and what we actually got were like two different hotels. Bathrooms in a terrible shape, bathtub matts were disgusting. The shower leaked and sprouted water. The wash next to the toilet did not work. The carpets were disgusting and dirty with burnt iron marks

The hotel overall is good, jjust that the lobby and ground floor confuse alot of guests. However, the stay is good. In rooms, not many amenities. Have to requests. Showers rooms shower water no pressure at all. The staff are friendly and nice.

Convenient. Eating , massages. Hotel is clean & nice. Staff service is good n polite. Location is far from the subway train Station but with the free ride from the hotel is not a issue then. Suggest pick up point back to hotel from MBK will be great .
