Staff was helpful and friendly. The room is clean, small but well designed for its space. The mattress on the floor was comfortable. The room has nice cold two bottles of water in the fridge for you and two bottles next to the fridge. The room was good enough for me even though it was hard on my knees and legs getting up from the mattress. I stayed for three nights so it wasn't so bed. The location is great right across the street from Iconsiam. I have to walk up several steps to cross over to other side to get to Iconsiam. I enjoy my stayed. The wall is thin so you hear your neighbors doing everything or the cleaning person. Bring ear plugs if you want to limit the noise. I'm a light sleeper so I would not leave home without my good ear plugs.

good location 5minute walk to iconsiam. accessible to everything: bts station, 7eleven, restaurants, massage centers nearby. staff were accommodating and really helpful. the restaurant downstairs serves really good thai dishes. room was clean and has ample space to move around. my only problem is i could hear the bathroom being used from the room next to me.

Excellent staff and clean room. My only concern was the bathroom shower walls and parts of floor has black mildew and also the head of the bidet was also black moldew like. That was the gross part.

Happy with over all. VERY Closed to iconsiam/Hilton hotel. Very convenient if you wanna travel by a Farry from the riverside or BTS (golden line) I think. please be warned the toilet/bathroom has a thin door only for visual privacy. So, your travel partner can hear everything when you are doing any sort of 'business' in there.

No frills and bare minimum

Hotel itself is no frills and hence cannot expect too much. However, there was renovation next door with loud drilling and knocking noise affecting our stay. The restaurant’s oily dishes are not suitable for breakfast. Bread or pastries are preferred. The mattress is placed on the floor and not comfortable for elderly to sit up.

Trotz kurzem Aufenthalt ist dieses kleine Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt direkt gegenüber vom ICONSIAM Einkaufszenter. Der Empfang und das Zimmer waren 1a. Einfach nur perfekt. Das Hotel ist komplett neu renoviert. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank
