Check in was easy, rooms were average size and comfortable, bathroom small but functional but the extract fan didn’t work so got very steamed up. Food and drink menus were good. The only issue (not a complaint) we had was there wasn’t enough bar staff on and they were all run off their feet trying to serve everyone which was hard for them but we weren’t worried about that

Excellent location for ICONSIAM and to watch River activity . Close to pier for a river boat. Spacious and comfortable rooms, easy access to 7 11 , hotel meals were good value but local cafes were equally easy to access and well Priced including a small bakery too. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, my only point to note is that the reception area is surprisingly noisy making it difficult to hear check in staff if using soft spoken voices. Main areas were very well maintained but room corridors seemed tired and in need of painting. Pool area is lovely with abundant seating options plus easy accessible fluffy pool towels.
