Booked the apartment suite, super spacious and had everything we needed. There was a 7eleven right across the street & the hotel staff were super helpful. Breakfast was great and the pool is amazing! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok.

The room was big , the gym was great , the infinity pool quite nice too! Sauna perfect! Bed comfy. Location a bit out of hand for tourists and not that nice area, but the hotel itself is great and very clean too!

The staff was outstanding. I have to give a personal things to all the people all the staff that works at the Lancaster. I think Lancaster is an excellent hotel. I wish they had a long-term stays. I’m coming back and I would love to stay there for 30 days in a row were a reasonable price of course but that’s for you to decide.

Great hotel for business or pleasure. Rooms are very nice, and do yourself a favour and book the Club rooms as the price and service you get is as good as any 5 star capital city hotel but at far less cost. Great pool, spa, and food is good. 5 minute walk to Metro to get wherever you want to go in Bangkok and close to the all the bars and restaurants of Sukhumvit. I've stayed here a few times and always found it great.

A great hotel in a good location, a few hundred meters from metro giving easy and quick connections all over the city. Staff were exceptionally friendly. If I return to Bangkok I will book the same hotel again.
