All of the staff, from front desk to concierge, restaurant staff and manager to security, were very friendly, customer service oriented, and extremely accommodating and helpful. We loved our stay. We were slightly dubious about the area when we got there but it was not an issue. The staff were lovely, hotel spotless and obviously well run. Hotel was very convenient for sky train and it was easy to navigate the city. Thank you we would definitely stay here again.
