I found the location was too remote for me, I prefer shopping districts and restaurant areas. The river ferry service was close by and essential for access to BTS (Skyrail) the subway is 15 minute walk but not handy to anything without 15 minute trip. The hotel appeared clean but. I noticed some dust, I am a bit allergic to dust. The room was comfortable and serviced regularly, mini bar was warm

Good location

Good location if you going to river or Icon Siam. I think its more like a 2,5 star than 3 star. -cold water and they couldnt order a taxi because the app they use didnt work... + Nice location and friendly staff. Be aware that the breakfast is like a dish plate not a buffet.

It's my first trip to Bangkok because of an academic conference. The host hotel was too pricey to stay during the conference, so I selected P&R Residence near the host hotel - 1-2 minutes away by walk. It's pretty satisfying to having stayed at P&R Residence. My room was spacious, all the furniture in the room seemed classy, and all the hotel staff members were professional and nice. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers who want to enjoy themselves in a safe, comfortable, and quiet neighborhood in Bangkok rather than in the crowded city center.

Decent budget hotel

The hotel rooms are more or less equivalent to what you see on hotels.com. The only exception are the bathrooms, which need to be renovated. Friendly staff, no in-room dining, not the best location (far from public transportation) but vlose to the river.

フローリングの床・広いスペース！

清潔感のあるフローリングの床で、広いスペースがよかったです。WiFiも各階にあり、接続は快適でした。私は６日間滞在しましたが、長期滞在でも疲れませんでした。 欲を言えば、机が小さいこと。ノートPCを広げて作業するには奥行きが狭くて少し窮屈でした。 でも、全体としてはとても満足しています。

Cozy

The hotel is in a pretty good location, just a few minutes from the riverside boats and a convenience store. The nearest Sky train stop was an easy 15 minute walk. There are some great local restaurants in the area. The hotel is a little old but functions well enough for the price. Our room was clean and cozy. Breakfast had a few different choices and was reasonable. The staff were charming and did their best to help us. However, the internet connection was unreliable and the shower had lukewarm water. I would certainly stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to a friend who is looking for a small, reasonably priced, friendly hotel in a safe and convenient location.

If you use the boat and than BTS you are in a good location. Nice hotel that could have only a little better with staff that know something about guest management and of cleaning would be more efficient.

Great value - very convenient.

Very good location, just minutes from the river taxi, River City, Charoen Krung Road. Very clean, everything works. English a bit of a problem but no big deal. Reception did not know where "National Museum" is, but this was probably an English issue.
