staff were largely unfriendly. they would greet certain guests and not others, verified this independently. they also are not truthful regarding room availability. should have spent a little more for a real 5 start hotel and not a vignette. lights in the room flickered, noisy construction going on. service at rooftop bar was inattentive and slow. no efforts were maid to accommodate the inconveniences.

Service was very good and people waa friendly. We was there at the earthquake and all was safety. Tha bar and pool was very cool and clean and also the rooftop bar. The room is big and you have all what you need. We was there for 4 days before we travel again to Ko Samui. The only negative point was the airconditioner - it was always realy cold.

Very nice hotel, restaurants and bar

The hotel is very nice and located in a stunning area of ​​Bangkok. The bed was huge and the room was arranged in a comfortable and pleasant way. Unfortunately, the shower room and toilet were not clean enough upon entering. Even when I told different people at the reception , there was no change. The staff was actually helpful, but they were not interested in this matter.
