First of all, DO NOT TRUST THE ADDRESS ON EXPEDIA. Use Google Maps for the correct address. We got lost late at night due to this error. When mentioned this to the staff, they did not seem to care that much. The location is good. There are lots of shopping and dining options around within a 10-minute walking range. However, the property itself has multiple issues. Our room was windowless and there was only a small window in the bathroom with a sign "Do not open!". The first morning when we woke up, we found the bathroom full of mosquitoes. Apparently, the window had issues and they could not close it completely. When I informed the staff, they taped around it which kind of solved most of the issue. The furniture was very old and had multiple stains on them. I did not feel good putting my clothes inside their closet. The safe was so small that I could not fit my 13-inch laptop and had to carry it around the city with me. The beds were uncomfortable. If the other person on the bed moved only a little bit, you could not sleep at all. We were three people and they offered a very small unstable bed for the third person which was placed right outside of the entrance of the bathroom. On the last night of our stay, around 2 AM, another room on our floor started to fight and they were shouting and screaming for almost an hour. I had to call the front desk three times before they finally decided to give them a warning. Overall, I would not stay at this place again.

The property is within easy walking distance to good shopping centres and not far from a range of transport options. The room was windowless, the air-conditioning worked well, the price was competitive, and the staff were helpful. Nothing was exceptional or fancy, but it was comfortable.

Good location for MRT.

Considering the location, room price is fair enough. 5 minutes walk to the nearest MRT Station. You can choose breakfast from the menu. 
Just one thing, the hotel is beside the main road so you can hear the sound of the cars. If this is a problem for sleeping, I recommend to prepair Earplugs.

Convenient location. "The Street" mall is a short walk, where you can treat your jet lag with a coffee or meal 24 hours a day. Also a nice grocery store. Subway is quite walkable. Excellent air and internet.

Budget Hotel with Good Locations

First time staying this hotel and the price and location is good. Easy access to Huay Kwang Station and lots of good food can be found at the Huay Kwang Market. The God Ganesha is just around the corner for devotees to make offerings and prayers. Big C, The Street is within walking distance from this hotel. Room is spacious with simple amenities. Wifi is good. Breakfast is very simple with American Breakfast with a few choices and Continental Breakfast. Coffee,Tea and Milo is self-service at the table. All in all, the breakfast Menu has only 8 choices to choose from but is fresh from the kitchen. The Lobby is small but cozy. Hotel is situated on the main road. Esplanade Mall is two stations away from Huay Kwang station whereby you can spend your afternoon at the 3D Paradise and when in the evenings from 6pm to Midnight, Train Night Market ( Talad Rod Fai ) is behind Esplanade Mall.

Bom custo benefício, com boa localização

Hotel com quarto amplo, limpo, porém, sem isolamento acústico, nos hospedamos no quarto com janela para a avenida que faz muito barulho a noite toda. O café da manhã no estilo menu é saboroso. Os funcionários são atenciosos. O hotel fica localizado ao lado de um Mall com uma boa praça de alimentação e também próximo a estação do metro o que facilita o acesso.
