Nice for price

The first room we stayed in was definitely an economy room. It was very small for 3 people but it was well-arranged. We stayed in M1 and it had a double bed and a single bed loft. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, bottled water, a kettle and a hair dryer. My only complaints would be the door was very loud and squeaky and the sink drips constantly. The wifi also did not work well in that room. Other than those things the stay was comfortable. We decided to stay an extra night and they moved us to L1. That room was a little bigger and more comfortable for 3 people with no problems whatsoever. Also the wifi worked better in that room.

For the price paid, I was more than satisfied with the property and friendly staff. The location isn't the most convenient, but taxis are cheap enough that it doesn't really matter.

Vi spenderade en natt här. Servicen var bra, alla var trevliga. Rummen var funktionella. På minussidan: - Hotellet låg inte särskilt centralt. - Sängkläderna var inte rena - Det stank rök, som kom utifrån (hade rum mot entrén) då en som jobbade där stod ute och rökte under natten. (Kom in via ventilation) Summeringen: Låg avsides, inte jätte fräscht men är kraven låga funkar det för kort vistelse

Really pleasant stay in the small functional room

We had a really good and pleasant stay. Location was really good and we got used to taking the sky train from the nearest station quite quickly. The walk to the nearest station is around 7 minutes. Our room and hotel was in good condition and clean. The hotel staff were really open and helpfull. Breakfast was ok but you have to fill in a form for your next morning’s breakfast. This will help the staff to prepare for your breakfast so you will get it quite quick. We forgot once but still got breakfast so all good. During our last night our air conditioner broke and we had to switch it off for the rest of the night, which made the last night of our stay not optimal. We told the staff next morning and they were sorry and hopefully got it fixed before next guests.

Staff makes this great place stupendous.

I would personally like to thank your staff. Three of them made our stay exceptional. Pat, who checked us in and helped with accommodation was a delight. Kind fun and attentive to our needs. I cant thank him enough for the ever present smile and stellar attitude. Joy, who made sure our stay was perfect. She not only helped everyday with breakfast and Grab instructions for drivers who could not speak english. I dont remember her name (sorry im terrible with names), but she had a smile as large and warming as can be. Overall this place was perfect for our stay, and the staff made it 11 out of 10.

We looooooooved this hotel. Soft beds! Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Soft beds! Clean rooms, located in very quiet neighborhood, 10 minute walk from the BTS. Oh, did I mention this hotel has soft beds? Lots of great local breakfast places just around the corner.

Nice hotel with excellent service

This is my first time having a oversea trip with my family, appreciate for all the help and service that they had provided to me and my family. My parents had enjoyed the breakfast and their excellent service. Room was clean, hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, no language barrier also. If I am visiting bangkok again, will definitely choose The Pattern Boutique Bangkok again!
