Truly a comfortable and homely hotel in all aspects. Everything about the room was in perfect order as well as the amenities. Staff is top notch and a family Vibe. Great budget hotel with a big room and amenities, great location near soi cowboy and terminal 21. However, the lobby smelled really bad and some employees weren’t very friendly

The staff were terrific, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast had great changing hot Thai dishes and eggs to order. Real brewed coffee would have been appreciated. Rooms are clean and spacious but couch was stained, shower drain was slow and no ice tray in the mini-fridge. In terms of the neighborhood, at night it is hooker central. And they're aggressive.

I stayed at TwoThree for two separate two night stays during my stay in Thailand. This property is clean and spacious. It is right near the BTS line which makes it convenient for accessing day trips along the line (Grand Palace, Was Arun, etc.). We would gladly stay here again.
