Excellent service, so friendly

This is a great little hotel. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. AC is great. The best part of my stay was the helpfulness of the staff. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. They worked to help me extend my stay during the Christmas and New Years season, and I was quite touched by this. It is in a quieter neighborhood, and if you want to be near Sukhumvit, it's not bad. You have to walk about 15 or 20 minutes to the nearest BTS. But that sacrifice is worth it, because you will be treated very well. They were too kind and helpful for me. Thank you.

I would give this place a 0 stsr but there is no such thing. Be careful and don't trust the pictures. First night was no hot water, the room was not clean. And the worst thing the A/C was leaking dirty water that leaked on top of my suitcase and ruined my two dress shirts, and I was told to take it to the laundry and cleane it my self.

クイーン・シリキット国際展示場に便利

早朝にクイーン・シリキット国際展示場に行く予定があり前泊しました。割引き価格でお手頃でした。路地を通り抜けると10分ぐらいです。予約した部屋が水漏れしていて代わりの部屋を用意したとのことで、オーナー？の男性に「私のもう一つのホテル。もっと広くてもっといい部屋」と言われて別館に連れて行かれましたが、丁寧に説明してくれて親切でした。部屋にはドライヤーもスリッパもあって快適でした。フロントが24時間対応なので早朝チェックアウトもスムーズでした。
