the rooms are unique and pretty. The location is good and there’s a free shuttle to nearby areas around the hotel like the bts station and so on! would stay here again :)

Excellent location near the shopping malls. Nice with the rooftop pool, but the last night when we wanted to take a swim, it was a big event in the bar. So we felt it was not appropriate to disturb. So disapponted. The restaurant was terrible. We didn't get what we ordered, so we have to wait a bit longer to get it all. We were the only guests, so the waiter was not that busy. So no excuse the order went wrong. The breakfast (food) was good, but too noisy in the restaurant. Both from staff and guests.The service was as bad as in the evening, a bit of a chaos. The room was ok. We slept well, but it could have been more space for clothes. Best, Cristina and Thomas from Sweden

The stay was pleasant, staffs is friendly, room is clean. Bonus point - they have thai costume wearing with photo shooting. The girls is nice and guide us thru the whole session. Took quite alot of photos with groups and individual session. Will recommend. 😊

We decided to book Vince Hotel after reading positive reviews and were happy with our choice. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, with unique offerings each of the four days we dined. The hotel staff provided friendly and courteous service throughout our stay. Pros: - Buggy service to nearby areas. - Breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and changed every day. - The Thai costume service was excellent; Foy and Nam were very helpful and professional. Cons:  We could hear people walking and talking next to our rooms, but other than that, we slept well.

They provided a lot of little extras for free. Upgrade to kingsize bed, complimentary bottled water replenished each day and free ice blocks in the afternoon to cool you down. Room spotless and service outstanding. Very welcoming staff. Free drop off and pick up tuk tuk service offered by hotel within limited area but at key transport points e.g Bangkok skytrain. Very close to major shopping areas. Would come back and stay here in Bangkok again.
