"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. "The staff make this hotel fabulous. The lad working in reception was such a great guy and everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, super fresh and tasty. The room was great and the decor was trendy. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10 mins walk away from the centre but really quiet. When I come back to Chester I will book here. "
