If you expect the pictures or the description to match the hotel.com description- choose a different place. We chose the premium room and we found it so badly maintained that my wife did not even stay for the second night . I had to stay because of an early commitment the following day. "Overall the stay was nice. The property is beautiful, the food is great and the amenities are nice. Coming from the US there was a language barrier, but being half Puerto Rican I do understand Spanish for the most part and that’s where my stay lost some points. Most of the staff were nice and did their best to translate, but and select few were very rude in their looks and comments to my lack in ability to speak Spanish.
