"Staff were excellent! MEGHA MONDAL at the reception, was especially superb and highly professional in helping me with all my several check-ins/check-outs. She was really outstanding and highly helpful with various late check-ins during my local travels. I found her exceptional and easy to communicate and glad that Taj Krishna has such superb staff with warm professional skills. "We had a wonderful stay at Trident Hyderabad during our first ever trip to this city. We had such an amazing time. The hotel facilities and restaurants were amazing. The staff here are so lovely and made the stay a truly memorable one. Special thanks to Uzaif who let us check in at 8am in the morning. This was much appreciated after a 10-hour flight with a toddler. Special thanks to Sneha, Chandra, Bharat and all other staff members (I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names) that we interacted with over the three days. You make this hotel a special place!"
