"I convinced myself not to leave a review because the staff was so friendly and kind! However, I had a change of heart when I was charged an additional $22 for parking from my security deposit. You're probably thinking this is normal for a downtown hotel with limited parking, but this was not the case. This hotel is not located downtown and their parking lot surrounds the entire building at the size of half a Walmart parking lot, so why would they be charging their guests for parking? Your guess is as good as mine. So here's my review....I entered the hotel and it was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The hallways were beautiful and then I entered my room. There were pistachio nuts on the floor , the cabinets looked like someone put grease on their hands and just smeared the residue all over the cabinets. The table had gashes in it. The bathroom looked like the beginning of mold, the stopper was missing in the bathtub. There was dirt and grime on the side of the bathroom table. The baseboard was missing under the cabinent and the sofa swallowed you when you sat down. Also, the remote was missing the back. They have clearly not been maintaining this property. An uncomfortable stay because if the room wasn't, at minimum vacuumed, what else wasn't cleaned? But there is more! The day of our departure both elevators were out of order! Yes! I had to climb four flights of stairs multiple times to pack our car!!! I paid $250/night and what I received was more like a cheap motel."

"Room was clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and hallways and common areas were pleasantly quiet despite having a large number of little league baseball players staying when we were there. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had the usual fare and was very good. Was surprised that the hotel actually served a very good dinner with much to choose from and well done. Beyond expectations especially for hotel fare. Slept well. Ate well. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area again."

"Very pleased with hotel…check-in very simple and easy, parking accessible, hotel within 10 to 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Memphis. Did not use pool or breakfast amenities, but they were offered to us, room was updated comfortable bed and pillows."

"I love Hilton properties. I have never encountered one like this before. When I checked in late Saturday night, I noticed a stain on the comforter. In addition to that there was hair in the shower. Sunday morning I went to the front desk and told the young this and showed pictures. I asked that my room be cleaned. She wrote my room number down and next to it put full clean. When I arrived back to my room at 5:00 pm, the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the counter told another young lady the same thing and asked for a clean comforter. The next morning when I checked out I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the General Manger was there and would be out. She was doing something at the moment. I sat there for a few minutes waiting, she never came out. No one asked what I needed. I had a flight to catch, so I decided to share here since the General Manger nor the staff cared. I would not recommend this location."

"When I arrived, there was one person in front of me. It took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to take care of that one person. Then, when I got to my room,unfortunately I didn't notice till later that night, there was cleaner left in the tub. There were spots on the ceiling, worn carpet in the hall, grout peeling around the basin."

"Visited from May 7-9, 2026. Only two complaints and we were on the 4th floor, workers or someone left dirt on hallway carpet and carpet was not vacuumed from time we got there till time we left. No, I forgot to mention it to hotel front desk or cleaning staff but you couldn’t miss it. Lastly, room did not smell fresh although clean. We sprayed freshner by air when it came on and that helped for the stay. It’s understood that air and/or heat does not run 24 hours per day when room is not occupied. So I recommend taking air freshner or Lysol spray to brighten stale odor in room. Otherwise, I’d stay again and again and again. Compliments: staff that I encountered, very friendly and courteous and helpful. Breakfast, good!!! Hit the spot each morning and plentiful!!! Area: very busy with lots of restaurants of all kinds, shopping, even Dollar Tree/Walmart!!! Close to highway and every now and then, you’d hear the airplanes flying over but never bothered my sleep."
