"Was perfect for what we needed, which was a room for a family of four overnight after a late arrival at Brisbane airport, and before heading north to Australia Zoo for the day. The room was very big with plenty of space for us to spread out and get organised for the next day. Bathroom had recently been renovated and was excellent. Only downside from our perspective was there wasn’t a convenience store within walking distance."

"Melissa, the Manager of this fine establishment, runs a ship shape operation based on ‘the customer is always right’. Melissa is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and can be often found delivering ‘biscoff’ biscuits to her hungry flock of budget travellers. Her interpersonal skills are second to none, and you are encouraged to make use of her knowledge and friendly manner at anytime day or night 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Thanks Melissa.
