"Had an emergency and tried to change the reservation to a different date and the response from hotel management was basically that's not our policy so go pound sand( not the words used but apparently Expedia has an issue with free speech).
The trip insurance that Expedia pushes on their website is less than useless and nearly impossible to make any kind of claim on.
NEVER again with Expedia
