The home is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit.
Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips.
Although the Town of Beech Mountain does a great job clearing snow off of the main roads quickly in the winter months, it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months, we highly recommend bringing snow chains to assist.

Other Things to Note:
*THINGS TO NOTE*
- There is a community laundry facility halfway up the “C” staircase. It will be on your right as you walk up the stairs from the unit.
- Cameras may be present in public spaces like parking areas and entry ways.
- There is no parking immediately next to this unit and many stairs are required for access from the parking area. We recommend packing in smaller bags to help get things in and out more easily.
- 4WD or chains are recommended for travel on Beech Mountain during the winter months.
- A signed Rental Agreement is required before check-in.
• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
