Location is outstanding. Walk around corner to summit slope. House was beautiful. Quiet. Great view. Bathroom had a couple cleanliness issues that I didn’t see until the next day but didn’t hurt our trip any. All good.

Great location near the top of Sugar Mountain, easy access to Sugar Mountain resort and all the surrounding activities like tubing, sledding, etc. Condo was clean, great size and we were very comfortable and happy there. This was one of the first rentals like this we did and we would definitely do it again based on this experience

Most picture perfect sunset view! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed since we ate in most meals. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Liked that we could walk directly into the unit from our parked car right in front and didn't have to use the stairs. Also liked the direct access to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Would come back again just for the Sunset!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed! Location was great, close to Sugar Mountain but also just a short drive to other areas like Beech Mountain and Grandfather Mountain. The loft space was great for our kids to sleep/play. Hope to come back again soon!

This unit needs some TLC from the owners. Lots of broken items. Closets and cabinets are full of owners items.

This location was exactly as presented and expected. Check-in was a breeze and all of the amenities properly functioning and available for use. The best part about this property is the amazing view over the mountain range. The large window lets you see everything and completely changes your morning coffee experience. If your in town for snowboarding and skiing, the slopes are just a brief drive from your stay. Looking forward to staying at this location again!

Condo is in excellent condition. Beds are very comfortable and the views are beautiful. I have rented this condo before and it is always a great experience.

Our internet didn’t work for the 1st day. The gas fireplace didn’t work all weekend, even after maintenance came out. Master bath was dirty. Everything else was nice.

Perfect view, comfy beds, fully loaded kitchen, lots of towels. Even provided t-paper, paper towels, dw tablets, washer packets, etc! Suggest making a guidebook for renters on local eateries, stores, where to take trash, etc. Otherwise perfect! Thanks!

Awesome place. Everything you need is there. You can’t beat the views from the balcony. Best location of the whole condo development. The only thing you need to bring is binoculars. Everything else is there!

We have stayed in this beautiful unit many times for many reasons, the view, the spacious unit and all the comfy beds,furniture,gas fire place and most of all the huge balcony and 5 minute walks back and forth to the top of North Ridge and of course the ease of Vacasa and their way of renting, checking in and out, LOCK BOX PERFECTION, Thanks for making rentals so simple, see you next year.
