The Space:
Step in and relax as we welcome you to "Simple Mountain Living." A mountain getaway at the top of Beech Mountain! This condo is located 5 minutes from the ski resort and offers a shuttle pickup during ski season. Enjoy the indoor pool or relax in the hot tub. A direct walking path leads to the Town Playground, where you can enjoy our Free Sledding Hill, Brick Oven Pizza, Fred General Store, Overlook Wedding Venue, and retail shops near the town visitor center. This fully equipped condo has all the necessities for an enjoyable stay!
The kitchen and its inviting dining area open onto the cozy living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. With comfortable bedrooms for a good night's rest, gather and unwind on the welcoming outdoor balcony with a seating area. So many memories are sure to be had!

The condo is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit. Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, shopping, and so much MORE!
Other Things to Note:
★ It is recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain during winter months!
★ A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
★ Security cameras on site
