Paws at the Peak is a dog-friendly chalet just 2 minutes from Beech Mountain Resort, perched at 4,700 feet with long-range mountain views that hold up in every season. Three bedrooms, two baths, a private 5-person hot tub, and a fire pit, all yours, no shared lobbies and no resort crowds. Sleeps up to 6 adults, or 7 with kids in the mix. Bring up to 2 dogs, because the best trips include the whole family.

Fall & Winter at Paws at the Peak
September and October means peak foliage and crisp mountain air — the views from the porch are worth the drive alone. November through March, Beech Mountain Ski Resort is less than a mile away, making this the ideal ski season retreat. Come back in from the cold, fire up the hot tub, and let the week melt away.

### Getting Around

Parking is available for up to 3 small-to-mid-sized vehicles in the driveway.

**Important:** All-wheel drive (AWD) or 4-wheel drive (4WD) is required for mountain access from November through March. This is for your safety.

### House Rules

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:

* Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. A $1000 fine will be assessed if there is evidence of smoking or unapproved pets.
* Check-out is promptly at the agreed-upon time. A late check-out fee of $120 per hour may be charged unless previously arranged.
* Guests are subject to immediate removal without a refund if these rules are violated.

### Important Information

* **Safety:** The property has high decks, a fireplace, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Use of these amenities is at your own risk. There are cameras on the road and under the deck as well as Ring cameras for safety (and catching wildlife!).
* **Rental Agreement:** By booking, you agree to be responsible for yourself and all guests or invitees. You agree to surrender the property in good condition at check-out.
