This year-round location offers wintertime fun at the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, outdoor adventure at Grandfather Mountain State Park, multiple golf courses, Wineries, hiking & antiquing opportunities just a short drive away!
The space
Perfectly situated between Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk, this condo has been completely upgraded and has a newly decorated interior. The Master Bathroom has a deep soaker tub! You can take your adventure to the slopes and trails or hibernate for you-time. Two spacious bedroom suites plus a Family Room, Dining Area and incredible Balcony fill out this amazing space. Welcome to a premier mountain resort experience!

If you arrive during the winter months, it is at the top of Sugar Mountain, so we recommend four-wheel-drive or chains just in case. Safety first!
