"Arrived at check-in time and were told that our cabin wasn't cleaned. How is that possible if check-out is 11:00 and check-in is at 4:00? The attendant took our phone number and promised to call when it was ready. Long story short - we arrived back at 5:30 and were given our keys at the kiosk. Paperwork showed that they had received keys from cleaning at 4:40 and didn't call us to let us know our cabin was ready. Very poor initial impression of the registration/check-in process."
