"We had a very enjoyable stay at Montjustin. Gisele is the perfect host - friendly and welcoming, available if needed. Nature is very much on the doorstep - animals, birds, insects and flowers, surrounded by lovely countryside, which was easy to explore from the house. Great views from the swimming pool. "Incredibly well equipped gîte, inside and out. Warm welcome from the host, Mme Pelloux (the ‘X’ is pronounced), who was always happy tol help with information and advice. On the table when we arrived there was a bottle of local wine and fresh eggs from the resident hens. Very comfy beds: a double in the downstairs bedroom and two doubles on the open mezzanine. The town is tiny - just a few residents - and you need to drive to nearby Cereste or Reillane (or longer drive to Manosque) for supplies, but once you’re stocked up, this very French and roomy home with a pool, petanque, yard, and more is the perfect spot.
