"We absolutely adored our stay. We had stayed here before while using Banos as a central hub for our travels, so we were excited to stay here again. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail. Both were amazing and organised so well by the hotel staff and associated...

"Rocio was such a great host. Made us feel very welcome and was always available for whatever we needed. Offering us coffee and free laundry service were very generous gestures we really appreciated. The views from our room were spectacular. This is a family run business and their attention to detail really shows. We can’t wait to return to this oasis in the mountains."
