"Excellent food both at breakfast and in the lovely restaurant. Both rooms have incredible sea views which we greatly appreciated. The spa and the outdoor therapy pool were nicely appointed. Our massages were arranged on our arrival and were perfect. We were there on cool overcast days so we didn’t take advantage of the beach directly across from the hotel. But it was tempting. They made us and our dogs welcome and we truly enjoyed our stay at La Elmes. "

"It is a beautiful home with a great view. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals. "This is a great hotel/ town to get a taste of the French Riviera. We used it as a base to go into Collioure. The pool and pool bar was solid. The views were great. The nearby town is solid. And Collioure is only a 10 min taxi away. The hotel is probably nicer than any hotel in Collioure that we saw. "

"We really enjoyed our stay the Hotel le Catalan. It is a beautiful hotel up on a hill with magnificent views of the lovely town and sea. The front desk employee Valerie was delightful and very helpful. She was very patient with my high school level French so I got to practice it. The rooms with sea views are spectacular. The restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. It's also a 15 minute walk down some small streets and stairs to the beautiful town center. All in all a delightful stay."
