The apartment is in the centre of Banyuls, 100 m from the beach on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated house with 4 apartments. It is located on a quiet street in direct connection to outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops.

The apartment is bright, spacious and tastefully decorated with Scandinavian / French design
The apartment has two separate bedrooms with two single beds in each and a lounge with sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with a ding table. The fresh bathroom has shower. Shared laundry room in the house. AC and free Wifi. Area 55 sqm

Great appartment in Banlyus
Cheerful, clean and nicely furnished apartment with everything one needs for a lovely stay in Banlyus. Steps away from the beach, restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Note that parking rules are changing in Banlyus regularly.
