Our House "Cap-Pinell" is beautifully situated directly on the sea. It is situated in the quiet gated community "Le Troc Pinell", away from the crowd and yet close from Banyuls center (15 minutes walk). The house is optimally divided for families with children and offers everything your heart desires: a spacious living space (about 110 m2), three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and exclusive amenities.

Banyuls is a pretty fishing village and a pleasant seaside resort with authentic character, nestled between sea and mountains. In the center, which can be reached in 15 minutes, you will find everything you need: supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. Let yourself be impregnated by the relaxed Mediterranean life Still: buy freshly caught fish, wines from Banyuls and Collioure, olives, fruit and vegetables at the local Viktualienmarkt one!

With 300 sunny days a year and with its enticing landscape have Banyuls and the region a lot to offer:

Directions / Travel:
Banyuls is 40 minutes drive from Perpignan. From Perpignan Airport week fly different airlines like Ryanair, Aer Lingus, Air France, Volotea to London, Frankfurt, Paris, Dublin.
Shuttle from the airport to the bus station / Central Station or taxi service from Banyuls-sur-Mer.
Cheap airlines (Ryanair, Transavia) fly to Girona airport (100 km, 1 hour 20 minutes) or Barcelona airport (2 hours 30 minutes) u. A. Of several German and English cities.
If you do not arrive by car, we recommend you to rent a car to explore the many attractions of the region.

Excellent property in good quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the garden and the balcony are excellent. We loved the beach close by that has excellent snorkling. I enjoyed using the provided canoe. Easy walk in to Banyuls where we found many restuarants and shops. A great location. Reccomended.

Three weeks in Banyuls

If you are planning a lengthy vacation stay, this is an excellent choice. The paddle board and Snorkel gear provided are very enjoyable and useful, especially if you have children who will be looking for something to do each day. They have two portable air conditioning units that can be used to refresh the rooms in the evenings if you will be there during the hot summer months, but it helped being right by the sea (not as warm as further in land)

Schönes Haus in Toplage direkt am Meer mit Strandzugang. Der Blick aufs Meer schon jeden Morgen ist wunderbar und lĂ€sst das FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terrasse noch besser schmecken. Mit allem ausgestattet, haben wir viel selbst gekocht. Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte im entzĂŒckenden kleineren Banyuls sind zu Fuß ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. TrÚs beau séjour à Banyuls

Maison trĂšs bien placĂ©e avec toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  moins de 15mn Ă  pied. Superbe vue et maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Beaucoup d'activitĂ©s Ă  faire Ă  portĂ©e de main y compris bien sur la plongĂ©e (baptĂȘme rĂ©alisĂ© avec aqua blues - Super). Par contre, nous avons cherchĂ© en vain le bain Ă  remous indiquĂ© sur l'annonce. Globalement nous recommandons cette location sans hĂ©sitation.

TrÚs bon séjour

Maison trĂšs calme en cette pĂ©riode de l'annĂ©e avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Maison situĂ©e Ă  10 min Ă  pied du centre-ville. MalgrĂ© une mĂ©tĂ©o trĂšs capricieuse, nous avons tout de mĂȘme pu profiter de la rĂ©gion. Merci Ă  Olivier d'avoir pris le temps de nous lister les bonnes adresses ( restaurants, caves...) et sites Ă  visiter. Autour de Banyuls, on peut dĂ©jĂ  faire de belles randonnĂ©es au milieu des vignes et des montagnes sans avoir Ă  prendre la voiture et au dĂ©part de la maison, on peut emprunter le sentier du littoral pour aller jusque CerbĂšre ou plus loin encore. Merci Ă©galement de nous avoir parlĂ© du bon plan bus Ă  1€ au dĂ©part de l'office du tourisme pour nous rendre dans les villes alentours, Port Vendres, Collioure, ArgelĂšs...Bus que nous avons Ă©galement pris pour notre retour Ă  Banyuls lorsque nous avons fait la randonnĂ©e sur le sentier du Littoral vers le Cap BĂ©ar, bus repris Ă  Port Vendres. Si vous dĂ©cidez d'aller visiter la maison musĂ©e de Dali Ă  Cadaques, pensez Ă  rĂ©server avant votre depart. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© en ligne le lendemain de notre arrivĂ©e et nous n'avons obtenu des places que la veille de notre depart (sĂ©jour de 10 jours). En milieu de semaine, tout Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  complet sur une quinzaine de jours. Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© cette visite avec un guide sympathique. En rĂ©sumĂ©, maison agrĂ©able, bien situĂ©e au dĂ©part de nombreuses randonnĂ©es. Une rĂ©gion et un littoral prĂ©servĂ©s. A dĂ©couvrir ou Ă  redĂ©couvrir pour nous sous le soleil !

Maison Bordeaux Troc Pinell Sept 2023

Monsieur Bordeaux ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben sehr erholsame Tage in seinem Ferienhaus verbracht (ein Foto des Meerblicks vom Balkon haben wir nach unserer RĂŒckkehr als Bildschirmhintergrund geladen). Die nahegelegene Bucht ist zudem ein tolles Schnorchel-Revier. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte in die Bucht hinunter und zum KĂŒstenwanderweg. FĂŒr einen Badeurlaub mit der Familie sehr gut geeignet.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Traumlage

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wundervoll gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht und jeden Tag sehr genossen. Man findet alles Notwendige vor, die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen/Backen braucht. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe klappte hervorragend (bei An - und Abreise) . Selbst mitten im Oktober konnten wir jeden Tag schwimmen und schnorcheln, der Strand ist sehr schön und so gut gelegen! Wir haben nur zu zweit Urlaub gemacht, so dass wir mehr als reichlich Platz hatten, fĂŒr eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Familie sind die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer etwas knapp bemessen. Der Abschied fiel schwer

Traumhafter Meerblick

Check-in war sehr zĂŒgig. Der Blick vom Balkon herrlich. Hier kann man stundenlang sitzen und schauen. Ende August, Anfang September war auf der Terrasse zum Meer und auf dem Balkon keine Sonne. FĂŒr uns angenehm weil es so warm war. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, allerdings lagen auf der Terrasse noch ein paar Essensreste. Grill und Backofen waren wie in vielen UnterkĂŒnften nicht gereinigt. Das war aber selber schnell erledigt. Man fĂŒhlt sich sehr wohl! Toll ist das SUP und die Schnorchelausrustung! In der Bucht unterhalb des Hauses sieht man sehr viele schöne Fische. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war super.

Traumhafter Meerblick

Den Morgen mit Kaffee und einem schönen Buch auf dem Balkon beginnen und zwischenduch aufs Meer hinausschauen - was gibt es Schöneres? Wir wohnten wĂ€hrend unserer Tour de France fĂŒr eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern im Haus. Die Aussicht isr traumhaft, in wenigen Minuten ist man an einer kleinen Bucht mit Steinstrand und dafĂŒr herrlich klarem Wasser. Die Schlafzimmer und BĂ€der des Hauses verteilen sich ĂŒber drei Stockwerke, sodass jeder auch ein wenig PrivatsphĂ€re hat. Betten waren bezogen und genĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Uns gefielen jedoch das SUB und die SchnorchelausrĂŒstungen am besten, die wir hĂ€ufig nutzten. David ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und bemĂŒhter Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner GĂ€ste sehr am Herzen zu liegen schient. Schon vor Reiseantritt fragte er nach unseren Interssen und schickte uns zahlreiche Tipps fĂŒr Restaurants, fĂŒr mögliche Ausflugsziele und Unternehmungen, von denen wir einige gern nutzten. Vor allem die von ihm fĂŒr unsere Teenies vorgeschlagene Canoyningtour hat uns nachhaltig begeistert! WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes fragte er nach unserem Befinden und war fĂŒr jegliches Anliegen offen, obwohl er nicht persönlich vor Ort ist. So viel Aufmerksamkeit erlebt man selten! Vielen Dank!

Excellent séjour

TrÚs belle location bien située. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il se situe à 3 min à pied de la crique du Troc et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du port. La vue sur la mer est magnifique ! Banyuls est une superbe destination.

Ne pas hésiter !

Maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e qui surplombe la mer. Grande baie vitrĂ©e dans la salle de sĂ©jour et balcon avec vue imprenable. Vous pouvez accĂ©der Ă  la mer par un chemin qui prend en contrebas et l’escalier d’une soixantaine de marches qui se termine sur les rochers. Mais il y a surtout la crique et sa petite plage qui bordent le cĂŽtĂ© nord de la rĂ©sidence. La tranquillitĂ© des lieux est assurĂ©e avec une maison situĂ©e dans une rĂ©sidence privĂ©e (portail tĂ©lĂ©commandĂ© et parking assurĂ©). La maison, qui comporte trois niveaux, convient parfaitement Ă  une famille. - Vous entrez dans les lieux par le premier Ă©tage, oĂč l’on trouve une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une salle de bains (avec douche), une chambre Ă  coucher (avec un lit double) et la salle de sĂ©jour / salle-Ă -manger (grande table, canapĂ©, TV, box internet), Ă  partir de laquelle on accĂšde au balcon, avec un escalier permettant de descendre dans le petit jardin. - Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, possibilitĂ© de loger ses deux, voire trois adolescents, qui disposeront d’une petite salle de bain. - Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, qui donne sur le petit jardin : une grande chambre avec un grand lit double et une salle de bain avec baignoire. En conclusion. Les plus : La vue, la tranquillitĂ©, l’équipement mĂ©nager, une salle de bain Ă  chaque Ă©tage, l’accĂšs Ă  la mer, au sentier qui longe la rĂ©serve marine et mĂšne Ă  CerbĂšre, le port et le centre-ville tout proches (qui n’exige pas de prendre sa voiture). En prime : salon de jardin, barbecue, un VTT, un kayak et ses pagaies, masque, palmes, tubas, une abondante documentation avec guides et cartes de la rĂ©gion... Les moins ? On ne les a pas encore trouvĂ©s. Mais ce pas pour cela qu’on espĂšre revenir. Merci Ă  Mr et Mme Bordeaux pour ses 15 jours passĂ©s (beaucoup trop vite) dans leur maison de Troc Pinell, et leur accueil chaleureux. Louis et Marie-Christine

Super Haus - Super Meerblick

Dieses Ferienhaus entsprach genau unseren WĂŒnschen und Vorstellungen. Große gemĂŒtliche Terrasse, bestens zum Essen geeignet; schönem Balkon in der ersten Etage mit wundervollem Ausblick zum Meer. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, vor allem in der KĂŒche fehlte es an nichts. Guter sicherer Parkplatz und insgesamt ruhige AtmosphĂ€re wegen abgeschlossener Wohnanlage. Der Ortskern ist in 10 Minuten Fußweg leicht zu erreichen. Wir, die den Ort Banyuls-sur-Mer schon aus mehreren Voraufenthalten gut kennen, sind immer wieder von neuem von dem StĂ€dtchen und den anderen schönen Orten an der Cote Vermeille begeistert. Die PyrenĂ€en im Hintergrund laden zum wandern und das Mittelmeer mit seinen schönen Buchten zum baden ein. Der Banyuls Wein schmeckt besonders gut; unbedingt probieren, in Restaurants oder in Banyuls selbst, wo sich ein Winzer neben dem anderen befindet. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter ist jederzeit bei Fragen telefonisch erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder in dieses sehr schöne Ferienhaus.

Eine fantastische Woche auf und unter dem Meer

Nun sind wir nach einer fantastischen Woche wieder zurĂŒck in Deutschland. In unserer Erinnerung waren wir eine Woche lang auf dem Meer (mit SUP und Kayak) oder unter dem Meer (um in der wunderbaren Bucht zu schnorcheln). Jegliche Interaktion mit dem freundlichen Vermieter und der zuvorkommenden Aurore vor Ort war wunderbar. Den viel erwĂ€hnten Ausblick haben auch wir sehr genossen, genauso wie AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung (Tour de Madeloc, GlasblĂ€serei in Elne, ...). Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern da - da war es eine wohltat, ausreichend Zimmer und BĂ€der zu haben! Also eine absolute Empfehlung fĂŒr dieses Domizil!

One more time ...

En 6 mois, cela fait deux fois que nous venons. Nous ne nous lassons pas de la vue depuis le balcon. Nous n'avons pas profitĂ© ni du canoĂ«, ni du paddle tellement il y a dĂ©jĂ  de choses Ă  voir et faire. Peut-ĂȘtre lors de la 3Ăšme fois avec des amis ?

Ideal !

Merveilleuse semaine dans la jolie maison au-dessus de la mer...La région est magnifique et regorge de possibilités de sorties comme trÚs bien indiqué dans le descriptif de la location. Le printemps est la saison idéale pour profiter de la végétation si particuliÚre de la CÎte Vermeille et les fleurs embaument. Les contacts ont été simples et faciles, notre hÎte David a toujours été réactif et répondu à nos questions avant le séjour, il est certain que nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner dans ce petit paradis.

Chouette maison dans un Ă©crin sauvage

L’endroit est bluffant, naturel et sauvage. IdĂ©al pour se ressourcer, et profiter de la nature. Une trĂšs belle vue sur la mer de la maison. Celle ci est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et fonctionnelle ! Bref, trĂšs bon moment dans cette chouette location !
