Just a stone's throw from the beach and shops, this typical, fully renovated fisherman's house comprises an entrance hall, a garage (4m x 4.10m), and a laundry room on the ground floor; a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a single sofa bed on the first floor; a bedroom with a single bed on the second floor, a double bed (120 x 190 cm), a shower room, and a toilet on the second floor; and a master suite (140 x 190 cm bed) with a shower room and toilet on the top floor.
The highlights of this beachfront rental: charming, well-equipped accommodation (TV, washing machine, dishwasher), close to the town center and 50 meters from Banyuls' central beach. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Sheets and towels are not included; please reserve with the agency 10 days before your arrival.

Un appartement près de tout

Nous sommes des habitués de Banyuls mais c'est la première fois que nous louons cette maison. Les points positifs : dans le centre-ville et très près de la plage, 2 SDB, 3 belles chambres... Les points négatifs : comme beaucoup d'habitations sur Banyuls, les maisons sont toutes en hauteur, donc on passe beaucoup de temps dans les escaliers, à monter, redescendre, avec des escaliers très pentus. Autre joie devenue déception, le garage trop petit pour accueillir notre voiture qui est pourtant de taille normale. Mais ce garage n'était pas mentionné dans l'annonce. Il nous a toutefois bien servi pour décharger nos bagages le premier jour et les charger dans le coffre à la fin !

Les équipements de la cuisine sont bien, sauf la cafetière, elle ne fonctionnait pas. Le plafond des escaliers est bas attention la tête! et l'escalier pour accéder au 2ème étage très raide et le marches très étroites.Le garage convient pour des petites voitures comme la yaris maxi . Le bac de douche comporte beaucoup de moisissures et est très étroit! . Nous étions que deux, mais le logement est prévu pour 4/6 personnes, le canapé est de 2 places? la localisation est super, près de la mer et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié le kit de nettoyage. La literie est bonne et les chambres agréables. Nous ne sommes pas allés au 3ème étage nous étions que deux.

Appartement très bien situé, agréable et plutôt fonctionnel (sans jeunes enfants, à cause des escaliers très raides). Ménage superficiel à notre arrivée. Ventilateurs insuffisants en nombre et en puissance en cas de grosse chaleur. Agence de location inactive. Pas de réponse à nos demandes à l'état des lieux d'entrée malgré un très bon contact avant l'arrivée (cafetière cassée non remplacée et ventilateur supplémentaire non fourni).
