On the way down from Mt Ijen after sunrise. Nice sea of clouds over the mountains
Can you see the trail to Ijen Crater. It’s quite a steep hike to get up to the crater. Took us 1.5 hours to get to the top in the dark at around 2am

Fantastic hotel to explore the volcano. The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful with information and services. Great hotel, awesome restaurant, clean, safe and affordable for the incredible value! I will return!!

Can not recommend this place enough. The staff are all really lovely. The rooms are clean and have excellent air conditioning. All the communal spaces are clean as well. Wish we could have stayed longer.
