This spacious 380 m² villa in Bar is ideal for large families and groups of up to 12 guests. The property features five bedrooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms, three terraces, a private Jacuzzi, a children’s area, a garden, a backyard, a covered patio, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and private parking.

Two terraces offer sea views, while the third overlooks the mountains. Outdoor facilities include terrace furniture, three sun loungers and several comfortable areas for relaxing or dining outside.

The villa is suitable for year-round stays. Every room has air conditioning, radiators and underfloor heating.

The property has two kitchens. The main kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice maker, wine cooler, electric kettle, toaster, meat grinder, kitchen scales, coffee pots and a complete selection of dishes, cookware, frying pans, utensils and glassware. The second kitchen includes a minibar, mini-fridge, electric kettle and an additional dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets are provided. Coffee capsules are not included and can be purchased separately by guests.

There are three bathrooms with showers, including one bathroom with a bidet. Shower gel, shampoo and other essential bathroom amenities are provided. Guests can also use two hair dryers, two washing machines, laundry detergent, drying racks, two irons and an ironing board.

Families travelling with children have access to two baby cots, a high chair and a dedicated children’s play area.

Entertainment facilities include billiards, mini golf, darts, board games, two televisions and a speaker for music. The villa also has three portable fans.

Additional amenities include five wardrobes, clothes hangers, mirrors, a shoe cabinet, a vacuum cleaner and a fire extinguisher.

Private parking is available for three small cars or two larger vehicles. One additional car may usually be parked outside the property.

The villa accommodates 10 guests in permanent beds and two additional guests on a sofa bed. Sleeping arrangements include four double beds measuring 160 × 200 cm, one double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm and one double sofa bed measuring 180 × 200 cm with a mattress topper.
