The room wasn't disgusting but definitely could have been cleaner, especially the shower and jetted tub. There was hair in both, and the bathroom needs a deeper clean. Was disappointed in the balcony on the 5th floor, there was only 1 table out there and it had food smeared all over it. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast options were great.

I liked the location of the hotel near places to eat. Did not have very many options for the free breakfast in the hotel. Beds were not that comfortable.The air condition Filter was filthy. Bedsheets were stained walls in the bathroom were dirty.

I booked a last minute room for a great deal. Check-in via the app was easy, and it only took me less than a minute to get my key at the front desk. The room was very clean. USB and C charger are available in a wall mounted feature (which you’d think you’d see more of in hotels, but not really!) —the beds are very comfortable. I had no issues and slept well. My only suggestion to the hotel staff, and especially when it’s a woman traveling alone: avoid announcing the room number out loud when you hand the key to the guest. It’s just an extra layer of safety. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with my stay, and would recommend this as a cheaper, clean alternative to pricey tourist stays when you’re traveling the short distance to the Dells.

Staff was excellent and fixed our issues right away. The sofa bed fitted sheet was dirty as well as the extra blankets in the drawer for the sofa bed but they gave us new ones right away. There were some crumbs in the hallway stairway the two days we were there, we didn't tell anyone but I would think vacuuming in the area would take of it quickly. The restaurant Mikes Italian was delicious and generous servings, yikes!!! Overall the building is definitely in need of updating as all older hotels but it was a good stay

Staff was friendly. Our end of hallway smelled and room also did. Going up to 5th floor outside deck, you had to go through a room. That room smelled so bad I was gagging. That needs to improve 100% ! I honestly will not book there again.

Breakfast was fully stocked and hot. The rooms were clean, but dated. The AC was working well, but VERY loud. Some basic items in the room were broken or missing (towel bars). This is fine if you're looking for a low key place and you don't have very high expectations. If your looking for a nicer place to stay out for a romantic evening, I would definitely pick someplace else.

This was a great option for our last minute trip to the Dells. Good breakfast and fun pool (though a little chaotic when we were there just due to the number of kids). The rooms were clean and everything functioned as it should, though the bathroom was very small and the lamp was a little broken.

We had king size room, lots of space!! Quiet, clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was good. Our only issue was with Hot tub. And not only ones couldn't get it to work all the time. We travel with our little dog was dog friendly for a fee. Would stay again next time.
