"Don't book the hotel. Hotel is disgusting. The first room we were given had hair and stains on the sheets, dead bugs in the floor, nothing had been swept and cleaned in a while and I wonder of they ever clean their sheets. We were given another room when I went back to front desk unhappy with the first room. The second room wasn't much better. Floors were better but the sheets were so gross with stains and other peoples hair. We went to another hotel. They did give me a refund on the room."

"Anytime I have an all-inclusive package deal, I am always skeptical. But I can honestly say for the amount of money we spent, we were pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the entire property is taken care of. All of the staff we associated with were extremely professional and the most important thing is there is something for EVERY age group!"

"room was incredibly clean, front desk staff was super helpful. I did not get her name, but she was holding down the fort and was great. breakfast was super good and hot. pool was great. The only thing that they should pay more attention to is the bathroom in the women’s area of the indoor pool there are tiles that are loose on the floor when you step on them they’re raising, which could be an issue."

"My husband and I stayed with Club Wyndham for the first time at the Wilderness Glacier Canyon Lodge. Our four night stay was nothing but pure bliss, and we definitely plan on coming back! After check-in we were told about some of the benefits Wyndham timeshares had to offer and were asked if we would like to attend their tour, but we were not interested at the time to which they had no problem with and told us to enjoy our stay! The Wilderness resort brings back much nostalgia because I used to visit there all the time with my family as a child. Now, my husband and I want to continue the tradition with our family. This place has everything the whole family could want on a vacation. From the waterparks to the arcades to food, they have it all. We have already made so many great memories there, and we highly recommend going! Just remember they do get very busy during peak season, so if you’re looking for a more laid back version of the Wilderness, we recommend going during their off-season! Also, be sure to check out the downtown (our favorite restaurant is the Dell Bar) as well as Devil’s Lake State Park!"
