Hotel is a bit run down. Breakfast didn’t have any fruit, hardboiled eggs, or oatmeal, but had a waffle maker, eggs, sausage and some muffins. The first morning, the breakfast area was poorly stocked, but it was better the second morning. The best part was the pool area - not crowded, had a hot tub and sauna (sauna wouldn’t really warm up but was still nice). I wouldn’t stay again but it was ok.

My husband and I got the king suite and the room was really spacious and clean the jet tub was great. Only thing that bothered me was there was a smell in the room at first then it went away. Other than that I would stay here again.

Right by the door very convenient as we like to leave an explore the city we’re in a lot. Loved the hot tub in the room!!!! Maybe thicker blankets and other then then that it was great!!!!!

This was our first time staying in this property. We loved the location. It was close to every place we planned to visit. Front dest staff was very nice and helpful. The room was fine only thing is that, the bed sheets were pretty dirty, it seems like they haven't being changed.. it also had a smell like air filter hasn't been changed. Breakfast was goo,Everything was refilled up quick it was nice and warm.. pool was a bit to dark some lights were out.. all small things that can be fixed. After all our visit was good. We would stay here again.

An affordable place to stay in the Dells area. The room was spacious and clean with everything my family needed. The place is a bit dated but overall nice to stay at. The mildew and mold was pretty easy to detect from the smell in our room. As someone who is allergic to mold and mildew a dehumidifier in the room would have been helpful. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were polite and professional.

I understand hotels in tourist towns charge a premium—that’s expected. What I didn’t expect was to pay premium prices for such an average experience. The room was nothing special, and honestly, I could have stayed at a hotel with free water park tickets for about the same price and gotten more value. Breakfast was… memorable. If you’ve ever wanted to pour scrambled egg water over your toast, you’re in for a treat. The highlight of check-in was being approached about a timeshare presentation. Apparently, “a quick tour” comes with a side of guilt if you want the free Duck tickets. I came for a vacation, not a sales pitch. Overall, being in a tourist town explains the price, but it doesn’t excuse the lack of value. I’d expect more for what we paid
