"The bedside lamp doubles as a phone charger and has a switch so you don’t have to get up to turn it off. Small thing, but I loved it and slept better than I have in a long time. The sea view room faces Bacuit Bay. It’s close to the port, so it’s a sea view but not quite a beach view. The hotel can arrange motorbike rentals and island hopping tours, though there’s no breakfast included. All things considered, Z Garden was the most comfortable place we stayed during our entire El Nido trip."
"I don't think there is another hotel room in El Nido that can deliver the Philippine hospitality, and properly frame the magnitude and magnificance of the area!"
"Staff here is very responsive, welcoming, and attentive to all my needs. The overall hotel is good and cleaner than most considering it is right on the Main Street in the town. The free breakfast right next door was a plus! They accommodated with holding onto our belongings while we did our water tours even though we checked out already! So thank you beehive! Highly suggested for a quick budget stay right in town! "
"First off, I want to say the staff was helpful in every way, really making us as comfortable as possible. With that said, we encountered some real issues: The first room’s bathroom smelled bad and had ants. They moved us the next day to another room, but this time the shower overflowed due to a clogged drain. So they nicely moved us again to our third room the next day. The only problem there was no TV and no soap for sink or shower, only shampoo. We only learned that the water from the faucet...
"The property is just ok, we had a little problem with the toilet, I ended up getting a plunger from the store to clear the toilet. I think a little updating on tv would be helpful, as a person coming from USA and I don’t understand the languages having a smart tv would be nice, something to watch and relax at the end of the night would be nice, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful "
"Honestly it’s close to the beach port (Meeting place for tours), the stay itself is essentially you get what you paid for, nothing fancy, no amenities, no kettle, just a room with 1 pillow, 1 sheet, a bathroom, a washroom. Room has an air condition. You get a discount if you book a tour with them. No restaurant, you have to look for a place to eat, 1 person roughly $10-$12 USD for a a meal. Staff are nice! "
"This property is overlooking the beach and tour loading area. The view from the balcony is amazing. When we arrived the property was missing some needed dishware but that was solved with a quick trip to the local store and about 400 pesos. The hot water for showers isn't great but it's acceptable. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. There was a cooking machine similar to a microwave but we couldn't figure out how it works."
