This beautiful newly renovated house consists of ground floor and first floor and offers three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with dining area and living area. All rooms are air-conditioned, the house is modern furnished and fully equipped. The exterior is spacious and the pool is 9m x 4m. The house is located at the end of a small and quiet village. All facilities are less than a 5-minute drive away, while the beach is a 15-minute drive away. The famous adrenalin park "Glavani" is in the immediate vicinity as well as some excellent restaurants. Welcome to Istria!

Evaluation
The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up 👍

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus sehr genießen können. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Goran und Nina sind immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit Hunden
Wir sind zu viert mit 2 Hunden angereist. Dafür war das Haus sehr großzügig. Hunde können gefahrlos frei herum laufen. Wir nutzten ausgiebig den schönen Pool und auch die Tischtennisplatte. Küchenausstattung war etwas spärlich, für uns 4 aber ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Immer erreichbar. Er hat uns eingeladen 2 Stunden früher einzuchecken was uns sehr entgegenkam. Auto für einkaufen und Strandbesuch notwendig. Insgesamt aber ein toller Urlaub!!

Traumhafte Ferien in Istrien
Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem sehr schönen Haus von Nina und Goran! Sehr sauber,schön und stilvoll eingerichtet mit einem großen,schönen,hundefreundlich eingezäuntem Grundstück und einem großen sehr sauberen Pool. Sehr mittig in Istrien gelegen, so dass wir in ca 30 Minuten zu vielen Ausflugszielen gelangen konnten. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich! Jede Frage, die wir hatten bekamen wir prompt von Goran beantwortet! Die Tischtennisplatte wurde gut genutzt von uns! Alles in allem: wir haben uns wunderbar erholt! Frauke & Matthias

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Sehr toller Vermieter!!

Das Haus sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, es war alles sauber und der Gastgeber war sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Das Haus ist etwas ab von Restaurants und Supermärkten. Ein Mini Markt ist aber in der Nähe in dem man Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs einkaufen kann.

Tolles Haus
Sehr schönes Haus, super Ausstattung. Liegt in einem kleinen Dorf. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in ganz Istrien. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe wo man alles für den täglichen Gebrauch bekommt. Der Vermieter ist supernett und immer erreichbar. Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen dort verbracht. Danke Goran und Nina

Schönes Haus mit riesen außenbereich
Ein sehr schönes Haus modern alles was man braucht mit einem riesen Haus. Die gegend ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Daher sind Supermarkt und Strände 15 min entfernt und nicht direkt vor Ort. Sonst ein perfekter Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem nötigen Equipment.
Sehr nette Kommunikation, schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung optimal, man braucht allerdings immer ein Auto! Toller Pool, die Tischtennisplatte ist super! Können das Haus Vorallem für Familien mit Kindern empfehlen!
