"Wir haben uns in Sanja und Zlatkos kleinem Steinhaus rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist modern, zugleich aber auch sehr gemĂŒtlich und traditionell. Absolut sauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man eventuell brauchen könnte, einschließlich Webergrill. Garten und Pool sehr schön. Wir konnten beides leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht so nutzen, haben aber umso lieber den vorhandenen Pelletofen angefeuert. "Liebevoll und wunderschön hergerichtete Unterkunft. Wir hatten hier mit unserem 8 jĂ€hrigem Sohn wunderbare Tage. Aussicht und Lage fanden wir perfekt, einschließlich dem schönen Pool. Die WasserfĂ€lle und der Flusslauf direkt unterhalb der Anlage sind traumhaft. Die super leckere und schön gelegene konoba in ca 5 km Entfernung ist auch sehr zu empfehlen (direkt bei den WasserfĂ€llen ist auch eine, die hatte bei unserem Aufenthalt aber zu). Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut deutsch, somit war die Kommunikation problemlos möglich. Seine Tochter lebt auf der Anlage und hat den Check-in ĂŒbernommen, das war in ca. 5 Minuten erledigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bungalow auf der großzĂŒgigen Anlage. Einiges Manko ist, dass man auf ein Auto/Fahrzeug angewiesen ist, um z.B in die Stadt oder an den Strand zu kommen. Zu Fuß ist es zu weit und der Weg fĂŒhrt...

"Das Haus ist Teil einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit ca. 8 HĂ€usern. Man teilt sich auch den Pool mit den anderen GĂ€sten. Am Wochenende waren alle HĂ€user belegt und die Nachbarn haben bis spĂ€t in die Nacht gefeiert. Es gibt hier nur 3 Betten, d.h. der 4. schlĂ€ft auf der Couch. Ansonsten Ist es sehr ruhig, die Radwege (Trails) sind aber fĂŒr normale Mountainbiker unfahrbar (grober Schotter/Steine) ausgewaschene Wege, erst recht bergauf. "Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur LĂ€rm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wĂ€re erst am nĂ€chsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....

"Es hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, genauso wie der Vermieter selbst. Der Bungalow und die Außenanlagen waren immer sehr sauber. Die Bungalows selbst liegen alle ein bisschen auseinander so dass man die anderen Urlauber nicht groß hört. Es ist zum Lidl sowie zum Kaufland keine 10 Minuten und in die Stadt 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Im großen und Ganzen hat es uns so gut gefallen, das wir einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub fĂŒr das nĂ€chste Jahr schon planen."

"Alen at Villa Kanco was friendly and easy to work with. His property was beautiful and perfect for what we looked for. The rooms and home were clean ad the set up was excellent for our 8 guests. It was situated in a lovely part of Istria, Croatia which was convenient to the several places we visited. The amenities; hot tub, sauna, pool, pool table, table tennis and fuss ball equipment were in good condition and we spent many hours of our free time in friendly competition. For us, Villa Kanco was a hidden jewel for our family and many thought it would be hard to top in the future. We would gladly return. "

"Such a wonderful house overall. Lovely views from the terrace, especially in the evenings, big pool and good space inside. The hot tub is a glorious extra bonus.The kitchen is on the small side if you like to cook a lot, but the rest of this more than makes up for it. Great stay. Car essential."
