Belle retrouvailles

Nous avions déjà loué cette maison il y a 2 ans à la m^me période et nous avons retrouvé le même environnement à part un arbre supprimé et le restaurant "L'escapade" à proximité fermé. Autrement, que du bonheur avec une maison très agréable à vivre (tout est si pratique et bien équipé à part la cafetière qui nous a encore joué des tours - le porte-filtre a la fâcheuse tendance à pivoter pendant que le café passe...bonjour le nettoyage de la cuisine après!) La plage du midi à 500m est toujours parfaite et nul besoin de voiture pour se déplacer dans toute l'île, 2 vélos loués chez Vel'Hop suffisent à nos déplacements pendant 2 semaines, avec le Super U à 2 pas. Le marché de Barbâtre, petit mais très varié avec des producteurs locaux est très agréable.

Vacances très agréables

Cette maison est très bien conçue et moderne. Elle est située dans un quartier très clame (à part les soirées musicales à l'Escapade, restaurant à proximité fort sympathique au demeurant) Nous y avons été très vite à l'aise. Belle terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Très bon équipement complet (chaîne HIFI performante, plancha électrique....) La literie est bonne, sans plus. (3 chambres) L'insonorisation (cloisons entre les chambres) pourrait être améliorée. Plage du midi accessible à pied (500m) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

A defaut de la propreté, la maison est agréable

Maison située à la barbatre non loin du Super U et de la 2x2 voies de Noirmoutier, même si l'accès a la plage se fait tout de même à pied il peut y avoir mieux. En terme d'équipement il n y a rien à redire tout y est : barbecue, 2 salon de jardin, parasols, machine à laver la vaisselle, le linge, seche linge, grille pain, micro ondes, bref, c'est complet (hors wifi). La maison est composée de 3 chambres d'un côté (attention isolation phonique pas terrible), et du salon / séjour / cuisine de l'autre. Bonne luminosité avec des baies vitrées de chaque côté du salon. Globalement la maison, même si déco et mobilier plutôt ancien, est confortable et agréable mais notre arrivée fut catastrophique : Après les espaces extérieurs laissés à l'abandon, l'état de propreté est déplorable en arrivant avec mauvaises odeurs, , toiles d'araignées, poussières... équipements de cuisine encore sales, tapis de salle de bain avec tâches, évacuation de douche bouchée... Bref très dommage pour cette maison qui pourrait être top si elle était rénovée et entretenue.
